Where are garments sourced?
Each piece is one of a kind and I aim to operate with 100% sustainable business practices. I source my garments from local secondhand stores. I like to seek out garments that are stained and thus less likely to be bought, then cover them up with my designs! This helps keep them out of landfills while giving them a new life with a loving owner!
What is your return policy?
At Francel Studio every piece is handmade with care and intention. As every piece is one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to francelstudio@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your item.
I will do my best to make it right, but due to the nature of a small, handmade business, I cannot guarantee all return requests will be approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags on.
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship orders within 7 days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can i order a design from a former drop?
With every drop, custom orders reopen. That means you can order a pinterest design, your favourite fruit or veg, bevarage, etc. Custom orders are the quickest to sell out!
When is the next drop?
